Darklight Accessories were originally purchased with Allagan Tomestones of Philosophy.
As of Patch 2.4, they now drop in Halatali (Hard), Brayflox's Longstop (Hard), and The Lost City of Amdapor.
This set and the Mythology set are the only tome gear that can't be augmented and has no matching weapons.
