Amdapor Keep (Hard) is a level 50 dungeon released in patch 2.5. It is the hard mode of Amdapor Keep and requires a party of 4 with an average item level of 90 and higher.

Anchag
Boogyman
A shaman boss, who summons totems. If after a while no-one has claimed the totems, he will recall all of them and gain the buffs himself. Some of the totems grant buffs while some should be ignored. He will randomly hex a target and turns them into a toad for 12 seconds. He will also randomly cast Fire to the party members and while the damage is not too big, the totems can increase the damage.
- Teal totem: Damage increase, DPS should pick these up (if not, boss does more damage over time).
- Green totem: Slow effect.
- Purple totem: Take increased fire-damage.
- Red totem: Toad/Anti-toad totem. Ignore unless you are already transformed to a toad.
Ferdiad
The boss drops multiple banners on the ground during the fight. The banners' buff the boss' damage and armor, so the tank should just pull the boss away from the banner-range. Tank needs to keep moving the boss so the party doesn't have to fight in the banner AoE. He will cast debuffs that makes healing worse and Doom random party members. Healers can remove doom if the target is healed to full hp.

Though purging the Lambs of Dalamud brought a hard-earned peace unto Amdapor Keep, some mysterious fiend has completed the cultists' rites and ushered shadows back into the ruins. Voidsent now revel anew within these walls, their wickedness warping the flora and transforming kindly woodland creatures to bloodthirsty beasts. For the sake of the Twelveswood and the elementals who keep watch over it, you must cleanse the evil from the keep, and sweep away all traces of the cultists.
