Glower is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Blue Mage.
Flavor Text
Perhaps best known as the unsettling hallmark of the cyclops, Glower involves funneling aether through the eyes as if they were arcane circles─much like its sister spell, The Look. Its highly concentrated aether strikes foes like a levinbolt, leaving their skin singed and muscles seizing.

Tips
Acquisition Tips
- Coincounter's Glower is used midway through the fight. Be sure to wait for the attack shaped like a straight line, rather than a wide arc. Note that because Glower is a quest-required spell, you are guaranteed to learn it even when unsynced.
Other Tips
- Brontes is usually killed fast but occasionally still gets the cast off in morning hours. Unless you have a plan to make it live long enough to cast it, you will have to get it from Coincounter.
