Blizzard IV is an action unlocked by questing at level 58. It is available for Black Mage.
History
Patch 6.08 (2022-01-24): Potency has been increased from 300 to 310.- Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
- Execution requirement has been changed from both Enochian and Umbral Ice to only Umbral Ice.
- Recast time has been decreased from 2.8s to 2.5s.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- MP cost has been set at 800 MP.
- Potency has been increased from 260 to 300.
Patch 4.05 (2017-07-17):
- MP cost has been reduced.
- Cast time has been reduced from 3 to 2.8 seconds.
- Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20):
- Potency has been reduced from 280 to 260.
- Grants 3 Umbral Hearts on use.
