Cast-off Confederate

- The Ruby Sea (21.6, 9.9)
Cast-off Confederate is a Hyur found in The Ruby Sea. He is a resident of Onokoro and a member of The Confederacy.
If he is spoken to with all four Empyrean accessories equipped or in inventory, the player will earn the achievement 
Dressed for Heaven, that awards the title True Hero, and the 
Juedi Horn, which unlocks the 
Juedi mount.

Prior to completing floor 30 of Heaven-on-High
Cast-off Confederate: Helping Rasho and that Kyusei fellow, are you? Once you've finished running their errands—and by that I mean conquered the thirtieth floor—you come and see me. Oh?
