Best used during wall-to-wall pulls after having prepared your prepull shielding (see above), where your tank is comfortable with stopping. This rotation provides a significant amount of regen for your tank, as well as preparing multiple high potency oGCD heals, all while providing damage mitigation (keep in mind to prepare a card before the pull, and give it to a party member as soon as you are in combat so as to put Draw icon1.png on cooldown for its duration to optimize its use).
