Cast-off Confederate

Cast-off Confederate is a Hyur found in The Ruby Sea. He is a resident of Onokoro and a member of The Confederacy.
If he is spoken to with all four Empyrean accessories equipped or in inventory, the player will earn the achievement 
Dressed for Heaven, that awards the title True Hero, and the 
Juedi Horn, which unlocks the 
Juedi mount.

Prior to completing floor 30 of Heaven-on-High
Cast-off Confederate: Helping Rasho and that Kyusei fellow, are you? Once you've finished running their errands—and by that I mean conquered the thirtieth floor—you come and see me. Oh? I suppose you're wondering how I'd know a thing like that. Heh! Your little secret isn't as secret as you thought.
After completing floor 100 of Heaven-on-High

System: You can exchange empyrean reliquaries for four types of accessories by speaking to the Confederate custodian. System: If you speak to the cast-off Confederate with all four of these accessories equipped or in your inventory, you will earn an achievement and a rare item.
