As a lower levelled Blue Mage, obtaining this spell from the aforementioned Lethal Weapon in The Peaks seems to be the easiest way. Simply follow the bot from the front and do NOT allow the following bots to aggro onto you. Poke at the bot as it travels, and avoid any AOEs it throws at you. At the end of the Bot's travel the fate will fail and the bot will self-destruct, counting as a death. This will still enable you to learn launcher, while still failing the FATE itself and allowing you easy access. | |||

Tips
Acquisition Tips
