History

• Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12): Removed.
• Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
  • No longer categorized as an Additional Action, but remains shared between all caster jobs.
  • Recast time has been reduced from 60 to 30 seconds.
  • The additional effect "Increases damage you deal to target by 20%" has been changed to "Increases target's damage taken by 20%."
  • Effect duration has been reduced from 10 to 6 seconds.
• Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
  • Re-added.
  • Now available to all Magical Ranged DPS.
  • Potency has been increased from 150 to 1,000.
  • Recast time has been reduced from 90 to 60 seconds.
  • The additional effect "Reduces target's elemental resistances by 10%" has been removed.
  • The additional effect "Increases damage you deal to target by 10%" has been added.

Enhanced Phantom Dart III: Extends duration to 30 seconds."
