I will try to keep this post Updated cause of the less time i Have so let's start with Botany: If you like to be a Botanist you can start to obtain the Job in Gridania (Old Gridania - Greatloam Growery) from Fufucha.

LVL1 Quest: "Way of the Botanist"

           *Speak with Fufucha
           *Speak with Leonceault and select "So You Want to Be a Botanist."
           *Speak with Leonceault again.
           *Speak to Fufucha for your reward.

LVL1 Quest: "My First Hatchet"

           *Deliver pots of latex to Fufucha at the Botanists' Guild. 0/10
            You can obtain Latex from Mature Trees in Central Shroud (Location:Jadeite Thick, NorthEast from Bentbranch Meadows)
