Between patch 7.1 and patch 7.2, the player could find this NOC in Old Gridania (X:10.7 Y:6.4). Upon speaking to it, the player will receive a single Fantasia. This was done as a limited time compensation due to graphical adjustments that have been made in patch 7.1 to player character models based on prior feedback from the community.
