Regress (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Reaper.

Notes

• For this action to execute, the Reaper must have a Hellsgate created by   Hell's Ingress active. Furthermore, the Reaper must meet the following conditions:

• Be within 30 horizontal yalms and 5 vertical yalms of the Hellsgate
• Have clear line-of-sight to the Hellsgate (ie not behind any obstacles)
• Have the Hellsgate positioned such that the Reaper could reach it by foot without jumping (ie not placed on an ledge that would cause the Reaper to teleport upwards)
