The Lonely Giant is part of the Sightseeing Log for A Realm Reborn.
Solution
It is located under the base of the tree clump across from the Goobbue. Vista is in the middle/front of the tree clump. You will get a chat log message that stats "You have arrived at a vista!" if you are in the right location. When you move out of the Vista, you will see a chat log message "You have strayed too far from the vista."
Note that regardless of the correct location and weather and emote, you can only complete this between 5am to 6am ET.
