“A set of garments prepared by Radovan the Undaunted, most notable for its deceptively robust jacket. Unable to retrieve traditional garb from Bozja, he instead devised a pattern that could be rendered from Eorzean materials without compromising the gunbreaker's combat proficiency. The "outsider" moniker simply indicates that the gunbreaker in question is not a member of the queen's guard, and carries no social implications otherwise.
