Start the event by speaking to Nonora in Ul'dah - Steps of Nald (x10.7,y10.2) to begin the quest A Reoccurring Bug.

How to solve the password

Find the locations of the numbers.
Take a picture or memorize the locations.
Go to the second level, and find the location of the letters.
Overlay the locations of the numbers with the location of the letters. Find the word by using the numbers as the order in which to use the letters.

Possible passwords: Chocobo, Crystal, Fantasy, Bahamut.
