Notes

• The potency of this action is equivalent to four uses of   Glare III (potency = 310), which makes using Lily healing spells damage-neutral. However, during downtime (i.e., no enemies are targetable), this action becomes damage-positive.
• The potency of this action is unchanged before learning   Glare Mastery at Lv. 82. Because the potency of   Glare is 290, this makes Afflatus Misery damage-positive in most contexts. Therefore, it is beneficial to never overcap on Healing Lilies.
