- The Fishermen's Guild beckons, as the Brugaire Consortium once again wishes to engage your assistance.
- Sisipu asks you to consult with Sybell about the Consortium's latest request.
- Sybell instructs you to seek the advice of Firminnant on Whitebrim Front.
- Firminnant condescendingly suggests dangling hoverworms from a line in the Sea of Clouds beyond Ishgard in order to retrieve five cloud cutters for Sisipu.
- Sisipu is intrigued that the cloud cutters truly exist, and that you were able to catch them.
- The next fisherman quest will be available from Sisipu upon reaching level 50.
