Acquisition
Obtained by completing the following duties (while the quest Irresistible is active):
- 3 drops per clear of The Dalriada.
- 2 drops per clear of Delubrum Reginae.
- 1 drop per clear of any level 70 Stormblood dungeon. Dungeons must be run synced, without the Unrestricted Party option enabled.
- A chance of 1 per clear of any 10 floors of Heaven-on-High. The higher the floor, the greater the drop chance.
