The Southern Seas is a massive body of water to the south of Eorzea. It contains several small islands that are home to various flora and fauna, as well as the island of Thavnair. Further to the south lies the continent of Meracydia, a ruined, barren land that supports only the hardiest and staunchest of life forms.
