Skywatcher is found in Ul'dah.
Skywatchers are NPCs that forecast the weather conditions of the different locations around Eorzea. The Skywatcher will inform the players of the current weather conditions along with the weather conditions of the next 8, 16 and 24 hours.
On the mini map Skywatchers appear as yellow birds sitting on top of green fences.
