“Holminster Switch─an idyllic settlement in the northern reaches of Lakeland; a tranquil village where folk spend their days raising livestock and tending crops; a ripe target for a Lightwarden and its swarm of voracious sin eaters.
Reports of bloody carnage have reached the Crystarium, and the guard has deployed in force in answer to Holminster's plea for aid. The Crystal Exarch has need of your strength, for this is no skirmish with a stray abomination─to triumph against a Warden would be to strike a telling blow in the unending war for the First's survival.

Holminster Switch is a level 71 dungeon introduced in patch 5.0 with Shadowbringers.
Objectives
Bosses
There are three bosses in Holminster Switch.
Forgiven Dissonance
- Pillory: Tank Buster.
- Brazen Bull: Summons four orbs that deal damage in a straight line. This overlaps often with Thumbscrew leaving a small area of the arena safe.
- Thumbscrew: Cast during Brazen Bull. See above.
- Wooden Horse: During last 25% summons second set of Brazen Bull
- The Path of Light: Groupwide non-dodgeable damage.
Tesleen, the Forgiven
- The Tickler: Tank Buster
- Scold's bridle: Groupwide AoE
- Fevered Flagellation: Assigns a number from 1-4 dealing damage to everyone on the way to the next number in sequence.
- Exorcise: Stacking AoE that also drops 5 persistent puddles on the ground.
Lightwarden Philia
- Scavenger's Daughter: Groupwide Aoe
- Headcrusher: Tank Buster
- Pendulum: Jumps in the indication direction then back to middle which does a distance AoE
- Chain Down: Fetters a target and creates an iron chain that must be killed to avoid Aethersup.
- Aethersup: Cast at chained target during chain down. OHKO if it hits.
- Left Knout: Left side of boss full arena attack, area of effect shows late into cast.
- Right Knout: Right side of boss full arena attack, area of effect shows late into cast.
- Taphephobia: Player targeted AoE - Spread
- Into the light: Line AoE. Stack to reduce damage.
- Fierce Beating: Indicates direction enemy is turning. Starts as one line AoE and then spins, dealing line damage as the boss goes. Tail also creates an indicative attack that must be dodged.
