Players can acquired it by obtaining its Yo-kai Medal then trade it to The Wandering Executive in Gold Saucer (x5.2,y6.9). Players can acquire the Medal by equipping the Yo-kai Watch then complete FATEs in La Noscea, The Black Shroud and Thanalan.
