Ruby Gwiber is a flight-capable airborne mount that can be summoned with a Ruby Gwiber Trumpet. The Ruby Gwiber Trumpet has a chance of dropping upon completion of Cinder Drift (Extreme), or can be purchased from C'intana in Mor Dhona for 99 Ruby Totems.
