New players should directly purchase Augmented Scaeven Magitek Weapons and Gear (see below), giving iLvl 400, with Allagan Tomestones of Poetics.
Poetics and Script gear becomes available at Rowena's Representative in Kugane (X:12.2 Y:10.8) after 
Stormblood (Quest).
