Hammerlea, then, is their escape — an area upon which great estates will one day be built. Hammerlea is an area in Western Thanalan, south of Horizon's Edge and east of The Eighty Sins of Sasamo. Being close to Ul'dah, it is considered to be prime real estate for expansion. Hammerlea home to the settlements of The Silver Bazaar and Scorpion Crossing.

- Silver Bazaar Docks -- The once lively but now nearly empty docks of The Silver Bazaar.
- Beaconhill Lighthouse -- A lighthouse built at the height of The Silver Bazaar's prosperity with money donated by shopkeeps and ship captains alike, on the same hill as a great bonfire lit long ago to see ships safely into port.
- The Hammers -- Three towering Hammers working day and night to pound a solid foundation into the ground for future expansion into the region.
- The West Hammer -- The western of the Hammers.
- The East Hammer -- The eastern of the Hammers.
- The South Hammer -- The southern of the Hammers.
- Nophica's Wells -- A natural, lush basin created by the recent cave-in of a massive network of underground caverns. This rare source of water in the dry deserts of Thanalan is said to be blessed by Nophica, the goddess of abundance.
