Kill Earth Sprites. Minhocao has a chance to spawn upon obtaining an Earth Crystal, provided its random timer is up.
If it doesn't spawn after obtaining 10 Earth Crystals, its random timer is most likely not up.

57 to 63 hours after it's been killed; or alternatively 34 to 41 hours after maintenance has ended.
