“"Clearly, I still have much to learn about this world..."
After he was rescued from a dimensional hollow, it became apparent that Taynor was born in a time before the Flood. He and his dear friend Nyelbert were raised by a consortium of magic wielders, their innate sorcerous aptitude honed for the purpose of summoning creatures from other worlds. While Taynor was perfecting this art, however, he was sucked into the rift through a gate he had created. Only countless moons later did he manage to escape via another portal summoned by Phronesis, but though a hundred years had passed in the First, his physical appearance was just as it was when he vanished-that of a ten-year-old boy. Eventually coming to terms with his situation, Taynor would elect to fight alongside Cerigg and the Warrior of Darkness, and help bring an end to Phronesis's tragic tale.
