Dressed for Heaven is an achievement.
Notes
- Requires the player to complete floor 100 of
Heaven-on-High four times. Each completion will reward one 
Empyrean Reliquary that can be exchanged for an empyrean accessory at the Confederate Custodian. This is also tied to the 
Juedi mount.
