Another Sil'dihn Subterrane (Savage) is a level 90 criterion dungeon introduced in patch 6.25 with Endwalker.
Objectives
Players have approximately 24 minutes to complete the dungeon upon engaging the first enemy before all enemies in the dungeon receive the Sewer-dwelller buff, greatly increasing their damage dealt while decreasing damage taken. This timer will reset and all defeated enemies will respawn if the party wipes.
Bosses
All bosses and enemies have very similar battle mechanics to those in Another Sil'dihn Subterrane but with higher health and damage.
Loot
One 
Sil'dihn Manuscript will be rewarded to all party members upon defeating the last boss.
The reward can be exchanged with Trisassant in Old Sharlayan (X:11.9 Y:13.3) for grade X combat materia, a Silkie Earring, or Sil'dihn Banner for Adventurer Plates.
Achievements
Players will earn The Savage Sands Below achievement for completing this dungeon, which unlocks the "Infamy of Sil'dih" title.
