“The Waking Sands is the base of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn throughout most of the game. It is located in Vesper Bay, Western Thanalan, and the closest aetheryte crystal is located in Horizon. Other methods of travel include by ship from the port near the Arcanist's Guild in Limsa Lominsa.
