Tips and Tricks
The boss's primary attack names are orders, and can be dodged by obeying the order (normally) or disobeying (under Wicked Whim).
- You May Approach: Normally a donut AoE; get into the hitbox. Under Wicked Whim, becomes a medium-sized circle AoE; get away. Inflicts To the Dungeon, stunning for several seconds.
- Avert Your Eyes: Normally a gaze; look away. Under Wicked Whim, becomes an anti-gaze; do not look away. Inflicts To the Dungeon, stunning for several seconds.
- Away with You: Normally a medium-sized circle AoE around Lunatender Queen; get away. Under Wicked Whim, becomes a donut AoE; get into the hitbox. Inflicts To the Dungeon, stunning for several seconds.
- Wicked Whim: Next attack will be a lie; dodge by doing the opposite of the order for which it is named. (Get away from You May Approach, don't look away from Avert You Eyes, get into the hitbox for Away with You.)
- 990,000 Needles: Small-sized circle AoE around Lunatender Queen causing 990,000 damage to all targets hit. Always uses if and only any player is suffering from To the Dungeon; picks one of them at random and uses it on top of them.
Description
“You are aware that “falling stars” observed in the night sky are, in fact, meteors formed of stone, metals, and minerals from beyond our star, yes? Though they do often burn to nothing during their journey, some few survive to impact Hydaelyn's surface.
When a large meteor collides with the star, an explosive burst results. Now, what do you suppose would happen to seeds buried in the land impacted by a meteor of truly astronomical proportions? Would they, snug in their chunks of earth, not be sent soaring to the surface of the moon?
I note your skepticism, but consider the irrepressible nature of seedkin such as the sabotender... Then consider how fascinating it would be if their seeds were to blossom on the moon! Why, such hardy specimens might evolve into true queens among sabotenders─nay, lunatenders!— Chrysielle, Old Sharlayan Aetheryte Plaza, Old Sharlayan
