Interactions with Royal Road:

• If used with the 150% potency effect - ability recast time is reduced by 30% instead of 20%.
• If used with the Doubled Duration effect - the Spear will last for 40 seconds instead of 20.
• If used with the Extend effect - the Spear will affect all nearby party members but will only grant 10% reduction instead of 20%.
• Increases the critical hit rate for target and all nearby party members by 5% for 20 seconds

Tips

The Spear's greatest use is not for the card's ability of shortening the action cast time, but instead, the Royal Road effect, and should usually only be used as such in its current status.
