Players can complete the level 10 quest Where the Heart Is (Mist) to teleport to The Mist via the Aethernet in Limsa Lominsa. Quest NPC is Ahctkoen in Red Rooster Stead (x32,y20) in Cedarwood of Lower La Noscea. Players can also access the area by taking the Lominsan Ferry Docks near the Fishermen's Guild in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (x7,y15).
