Ouroboros (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Viper.
History
Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12):
- Recast time has been reduced from 2.88 to 2s.
- Potency has been increased from 10,000 to 12,000.
- The additional effect "Extends Hunter's Instinct and Swiftscaled duration by 15s to a maximum of 30s" has been replaced with "Absorbs 50% of damage dealt as HP".
- Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02): Added.
