Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02): Recast time has been reduced to 40 seconds upon learning the 
Enhanced Swiftcast trait.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Now acquired at level 18 (previously level 32).
Patch 4.3 (2018-05-22): Fixed an issue wherein Swiftcast would be consumed by spells already made instant by another effect.- Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20):
- Changed to a role action, accessible by all healer & magical ranged DPS classes.
- Now acquired at level 32 (previously level 26).
Patch 3.0 (2015-06-23): Can now be cross-classed by 
Astrologian.
Patch 2.4 (2014-10-28): Can now be cross-classed by
