“Deals unaspected damage to target and all enemies nearby it with a potency of 8,000 for the first enemy, and 2,000 for all remaining enemies.
Additional Effect: Increases target's damage taken by 10%.
Duration: 6s
Can only be executed while under the effect of Addersting.

Toxikon II (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Sage.
