Lowers target's physical damage dealt by 10% and magic damage dealt by 5%.

Feint is an action unlocked at level 22. It is available for Melee DPS.

The magic equivalent is Addle, with the percents for the damage types flipped. The Tank equivalent is Reprisal which is a point-blank AoE and has a lower cooldown. Most physical ranged DPS lack an enemy damage down ability (except for machinist's Dismantle), and instead have job-specific but functionally identical AoE abilities that reduce damage taken by themselves and allies.
