Wandering Minstrel is a Hyur found in Mor Dhona. He provides unlocks for most high-end duties (most Lv. 70+ extreme trials, some savage raids, and all ultimate raids) by asking the player character to recount their original combat encounters. The Wandering Minstrel is designed to reference how Producer/Director Naoki Yoshida looks in real life.
He also appeared for a time during the end of the Legacy version of Final Fantasy XIV, distributing the 
Goobbue mount to players that had reached level 30. The lore justification for the end of this distribution was a report of his arrest.
