Ephemeral Nodes spawn for 4 hours. You can re-spawn them in that 4 hours, if you gather from 2 different nodes from 2 different node "pairs" surrounding them.
Items gathered from Ephemeral Nodes are used for Aetherial Reduction. They convert into Crystals and Clusters.
