Aether Currents

Aether Currents are required to unlock the ability to fly on mounts. Each zone released in Heavensward (3.0) has 15 Aether Currents. Players are required to attune to all 15 Aether Currents to unlock flying in that zone. Some Aether Currents are found scatter through the zone, others are rewarded by completing Main Scenario Quests and Side Quests. Players can check their attunement progress through the Aether Currents window under Travel in the main menu.
