Player Housing Vendors are merchants who can be contracted to work in a personal or Free Company house with the correct permit.

They are placed much in the same way as Furniture, and in some cases race and gender are customizable. The number of merchants allowed in an estate depends on the size, from 4 in an Apartment to 10 in a Large/Mansion. Most permits are purchased from Independent Sutlers or Apartment Merchants in the Residential Districts.
