Players can dye their armor into different colors. Players can buy dyes from Nanabe (x:14,y:11) in Ul'dah - Steps of Thal of Ul'dah, Unsynrael (x:6,y:12) in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks of Limsa Lominsa and Alaric (x:14.3,y:8.8) in Old Gridania.
To dye a piece of armor, click on the Dye icon in the Actions & Traits menu or by right-clicking the desired icon and selecting the Dye option.
- Dyes can be removed from armor by using the item named Terebinth, bought from a dye vendor.
Before Players can dye their gear, they must complete the quest Color Your World in Vesper Bay (x:12, y:14) of Western Thanalan by speaking to the NPC Swyrgeim.
- Western Thanalan is near Ul'dah.
The Quest requires the player to deliver Orange Juice to the Quest NPC. Players can purchase a bottle of Orange Juice from Katherine (x:13,8, y:9,8) in Ul'dah - Steps of Thal.
