Silence its High Voltage attack and dodge AOEs.
 
After the first High Voltage, he will spawn a monster that will one shot you. Acorn Bomb the first add until his "Damage Up" buff goes away, then focus on him until he is dead (otherwise he will eventually use abilities that 1-2 shot you.
 
Go back to the boss and keep avoiding its AOE by staying close (Superstorm), or getting behind (Piercing Laser / Ballast).
 
It will eventually summon 2 snakes. AOE them down in the middle near the boss, it will place a debuff on the boss which causes it to take more damage.
 
Once all the adds are down it is simple.

The Me Nobody Nodes is a stage in The Masked Carnivale for Blue Mage, introduced in patch 4.5 with Stormblood.

Act 1

Strategy

Silence its High Voltage attack and dodge AOEs.
