Steps
- Speak with Alisaie at the Exarch gate.
- Use heat lures to draw out vampire bats and slay them for their fangs.
Note: Though only three are required more than three locations are specified as different locations spawn different numbers of bats. - Deliver bat fangs to Ryne.
- Go to the lookout in the Crystarium.
- Speak with the Crystal Exarch.
