Reuse

Reusing Effect: A portion of ingredients used to synthesize item are returned to your inventory when synthesis is complete.— In-game description
Reuse is an action unlocked at level 74. It is available for Culinarian, Alchemist, Weaver, Leatherworker, Goldsmith, Armorer, Blacksmith and Carpenter.
