- Level 15
- Have completed the quest It's Probably Pirates.

The Continental Circus has returned for another year of frightful fun. But to ensure their mischief does not turn to mayhem, an investigator from the Adventurers' Guild seeks an assistant in his work. Seek him out to see how you can help.
Guide
- Start the event by speaking to Adventurers' Guild Investigator in Old Gridania (x10.4,y8.5).
The Cellerage has rooms 001 through 006
The Ground Floor has rooms 101 through 108
The Second Floor has rooms 201 and 202
Jack-in-the-Box
- One clue tells which floor Jack-in-the-box 1 is on.
- Another clue tells which room Jack-in-the-box 1 is in. (The room number ends in X)
- A third tells which floor Jack-in-the-box 2 is on.
- Another clue tells which room Jack-in-the-box 2 is in. (The room number ends in X)
Cookies
- Bronze baskets have 1 cookie
- Silver baskets have 3 cookies
- Gold baskets have 5 cookies
Encrypted Chest
- 5 notes around the manor that will tell you what number will go where in the combination (the fourth number is X, etc)
- Target the chest and type the number in /say with no spaces
