Oka (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Samurai.

History

• Patch 7.16 (2025-01-21): The time between action execution and effect activation has been shortened.
• Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12):
  • Potency has been increased from 5,000 to 8,000.
  • The additional effect "Absorbs 100% of damage dealt as HP" has been removed.
  • Recast time has been reduced from 2.2 to 1.76 seconds.
• Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
  • Potency has been increased from 1,000 to 5,000.
  • Combo potency has been removed.
  • Combo action now includes Gekko.
  • Combo bonus has been removed.
  • The additional effect "Absorbs 100% of damage dealt as HP" has been added.
  • Can now only be executed while under the effect of Kaiten.
