Acceleration is an action unlocked at level 50. It is available for Red Mage.

Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02): The additional effect "Grants Grand Impact Ready" has been added with a duration of 30 seconds.
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
- Added "Maximum charge: 2" upon learning the Enhanced Acceleration trait.
- The effect "Ensures the next three casts of Verthunder/Verflare or Veraero/Verholy spell cast will, for the first hit, trigger Verfire Ready or **Verstone Ready respectively" has been changed to "Ensures the next Verthunder (III), Veraero (III), or Impact (Scatter) can be cast immediately."
- The additional effect "Increases the potency of Impact (Scatter) by 50" has been added.
- The additional effect "Ensures Verthunder (III) and Veraero (III) trigger Verfire Ready or Verstone Ready respectively" has been added.
- Added "Maximum charge: 2" upon learning the
Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
- Effect now applies to the next three Verthunder/Verflare or Veraero/Verholy spells cast.
- Duration has been increased from 10 to 20 seconds.
- Recast time has been increased from 35 to 55 seconds.
Patch 4.05 (2017-07-17): Fixed an issue wherein the effects would apply to Verflare and Verholy.- Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): Added with the original description, "Ensures the next Verthunder or Veraero spell cast will, for the first hit, trigger Verfire Ready or Verstone Ready respectively.
