Miscellaneous

• Item Level restrictions for the  Duty Roulette: Alliance Raids, to increase its diversity.
  • EXP and Allagan Tomestones rewards for each alliance raid adjusted according to difficulty and time required for completion.
• IL sync added for  The Final Day
• Existing Hairstyles enabled:   Modern Aesthetics - Lexen-tails and   Modern Aesthetics - Form and Function for Viera, and   Modern Aesthetics - Styled for Hire and a new default style for Hrothgar
• Gender-lock removed from Omega-M Attire and Omega-F Attire
