- This article is about the PvE action. For the PvP action, see Afflatus Misery (PvP).
Afflatus Misery
“Deals unaspected damage to target and all enemies nearby it with a potency of 1,240 for the first enemy, and 50% less for all remaining enemies.
Can only be executed when the Blood Lily is in full bloom.— In-game description
Afflatus Misery is an action unlocked at level 74. It is available for White Mage.

Notes
- The potency of this action is equivalent to four uses of Glare III (potency = 310), which makes using Lily healing spells damage-neutral, as a total of four global cooldowns (GCDs) are needed to use this action (3 GCDs to charge and 1 to use). However, during downtime (i.e., no enemies are targetable), this action becomes damage-positive.
- The potency of this action is unchanged before learning Glare Mastery at Lv. 82. Because the potency of Glare is 290, this makes Afflatus Misery damage-positive in most contexts. Therefore, it is beneficial to never overcap on Healing Lilies.
